Facebook business page allows businesses to increase brand awareness and generate sales on Facebook and the main reasons for making a Facebook business page private includes the following:
- You accidentally created the business page
- The page isn’t finished yet
- The business, brand or organization is no longer active
- You didn’t get enough value from the page, amongst others
> Log into Facebook
> Go to pages
> Click on the page you want to make private
> Go to settings
Click “Edit” on page visibility
> Lastly, click on page unpublished
When you unpublish a Page, it isn’t visible on Facebook or in search.
